Delivery Information

Same Day Delivery

  • Same day delivery is applicable within Metro Manila area only.
  • Order must be placed before 2:00pm Philippine time with complete necessary details.
  • Order placed beyond 2:00pm will be automatically scheduled and prioritized the next day.
  • For Sympathy/Inaugural arrangement please give us an allowance of 5hours up to delivery.
  • For residential delivery address, we deliver from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
  • For office / business delivery address, we deliver from 8:00am to 5:00pm (office hours).
  • For order with specific delivery time, please place your order one day ahead and coordinate with our customer service staff.
  • Due to bulk orders during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we cannot implement "Same Day Delivery", please see cut-off notice posted before every occasion.
  • Orders placed within Valentine's Day & Mother's Day will be delivered the following day.

Provincial Delivery / Outside Metro Manila

  • Orders must be place at least 2 days a head of time.
  • Expect the delivery within agreed date but no specific time.
  • Advance reservation is required.
  • No provincial delivery during Sundays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Day & New Year's Day and other Holidays.

  • Minimum amount is required for outside Metro Manila & provincial delivery. Please inquire at contact no. (02) 225-7580 09178917402, 09253917402 & 09479902281, regarding the delivery fee & Minimum amount required.

Delivery Beyond Office Hours

  • For Delivery beyond store hours customer are required to pay delivery fee, due to "Free Delivery" during store hours only.

Confirmation of Order 

  • We only process orders when we have confirmed the payment. Customer is responsible to inform Flower Patch as soon as payment has been made. Customer is responsible to email copy of deposit slip and email or text the reference number, complete money sender’s information and originating city of remitted payment.
