DELIVERY TIME

  • Specific time of delivery is not certain especially during Valentine's Day and Mother's Day season.

                Schedule of Delivery
                Residential Delivery: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
                Residential Delivery: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY

  • We offer SAME DAY and FREE FLOWER DELIVERY within Metro Manila, Cainta and Taytay Rizal.
  • Orders placed beyond 2:00pm (Philippine Time) will be automatically scheduled and prioritized the next day.
  • Our free delivery in Metro Manila, Cainta and Taytay Rizal starts at 9:00am to 7:00pm. We can deliver beyond these hours, however we charge delivery fee.

  • Same Day Delivery is not possible on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day due to bulk orders during these seasons. Orders placed within Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day will be delivered the following day. Please check advance cut-off notice being posted prior to these seasons.

 

PROVINCIAL DELIVERY/ OUTSIDE METRO MANILA

  • For outside Metro Manila and provincial delivery, it is strictly advised to call or email us first before placing your order for us to check if recipient's address is deliverable. Minimum amount is also required for outside Metro Manila and provincial delivery.

  • No outside Metro Manila or provincial delivery on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Sundays, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and other Holidays.
  • Please give us at least (2) working days prior to delivery date. Expect delivery within agreed delivery date but without specific time.
  • We only process orders when we have confirmed the payment. Customer is responsible to inform Flower Patch as soon as payment has been made. Customer is responsible to email copy of deposit slip and email or text the reference number, complete money sender’s information and originating city of remitted payment.
